This ant is the Natural size / Native name Mong, / only seen in Septr, Octr and Novr.

ant in profile with its head to the left, depicted standing on a wash of pale green and yellow overlaid with grey stained serpentine lines, and two tufts of grass. The ant's head is pale yellow-brown, with red antennae. Its thorax is pale yellow-brown with black and red stripes and yellow-brown legs. The abdomen is predominantly black, stippled on top with what appears to be gold metallic paint. The drawing is annotated in brown ink.
